In Person Interpreting

Perfect for one-on-one and little group meetings, the interpreter goes to the appointment in person, and passes on the message after each articulation in short sentences. Sight interpretation – the reading out of a document into the language of the listener, can be included in this service, too. In person, the interpreting offers the highest service quality among all modes of conveyance.

Conference Interpreting

Conference Interpreting is perfect for professional settings between two tall profile delegations, or for occasions with huge audiences. A minimum of two interpreters are required per language, and services are invoiced via daily rates.

Video Interpreting

Video remote interpreting services are convenient, have a lower fee and removes geographical limitations too. Through the visual association between the parties, the interpreter is able to pick up on non-verbal cues. Also, video assignments can be pre-scheduled like in person services.

Phone Interpreting

Remote Phone Interpretation is convenient, has a lower fee, and avoids geographical limitations. Immediate telephone interpreting services are also available upon request.

Message Relay Interpreting

PIC will telephone the person to transfer brief data that has been given by our clients, in the listening party’s language, such as details of an up-and-coming arrangement. We can moreover transfer data from the person back to the requester, this service is included within the starting fee.

Court Interpreting

PIC uses court accredited/certified interpreters in your particular geography to go to court procedures, tribunal hearings, testimonies, etc. When court accreditation isn't accessible for a particular language, we'll send the foremost qualified legitimate interpreter and uncover their qualifications.

Document Translation

Translation-Editing-Proofreading is the typical workflow process for the translation department. Two translators are always used for this process, one for translating, and one for revising/editing. The revised work is then sent back to the original translator for final approval. This is the ideal service for straightforward document translation for the purpose of information dissemination, including manuals, reports, contracts, instructions, notifications, etc.

On-site Translation

If you have sensitive or confidential documents that require translation, but you do not want the information to be sent via a secure file transfer portal or unsecured email, we will make an effort to locate qualified translators in your area, to perform the translation services at your operating location. Service will be charged based on hourly rates. We do not send professionals to private residences.

Transcription

If you require video or audio content to be transcribed to text, into the same or a different language, for the purposes of legal proceedings, applications, data mining, research or record-keeping, let PIC’s translation team take care of it. When it involves multiple languages, we always proofread our transcription work with a second translator, just like for standard document translation services. When requesting a quote, please provide a link to download the video/audio files that require transcription.

Notarized/Certified Translation

If you require certified translation, or notarized translation if Canadian certification is not available for a particular language, for immigration, legal proceedings, or application for study or work, PIC will provide the translation accompanied by the declaration of a certified translator, or a notarized translator’s declaration.
